Guy Fawkes Yourself Beard Company will ship your order USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on weight of your shipment, unless you desire another method. These methods usually take 2-5 days for delivery, depending on your location from Denver, CO. To request expedited shipping or another shipping method, (additional charges will apply) please contact us via email. We’ll generally get back to you within one day. All orders will, in most cases, be shipped the same day or within 48 hrs, also please be aware during HOLIDAY times the shipping time will probably take a little longer. We also ship on Saturdays. Returns Policy

If you don’t like our products you can Guy Fawkes Yourself. Just kidding. We hope to be perfect and never make a mistake but they are inevitable and if we ever do make a mistake we will correct it immediately because that is the right thing to do. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that you have received a defective product, immediately alert Guy Fawkes Yourself customer service (that’s me). We will replace the product at our expense. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of the purchase date. If you don’t think our products are amazing and without defect then we will make it right with you because that is how to run a business.
